Our Projects & Work
We take pride in a strong track record of executing and supervising diverse contracting projects with government entities and major companies, alongside the Group's industrial projects.
Excavation, Backfilling & Site Preparation
Contracting Sector work in integration with the Transport Sector: excavation, backfilling, site grading and soil haulage using excavators and dump trucks from the Group's fleet. These works precede the construction phases and are carried out according to project drawings under engineering supervision and on-site safety teams.
Landscaping & Walkways
Landscaping work by the Group: walkways and plazas in interlock and colored tiles, decorative gravel features, metal railings and outdoor lighting units. These works make use of the Group factory's own curbstones and colored cement tiles.
Concrete & Foundations
Contracting Sector work: excavation and foundations, fabrication and installation of rebar cages and concrete footings, using ready-mix concrete and products from the Group's factory. These works are integrated with the Block & Concrete and Transport sectors to ensure materials are available and delivered to site on time.
Internal Road Asphalting & Paving
Infrastructure work by the Contracting Sector: asphalting and paving of internal roads and industrial facility yards, including milling, spreading and compaction using the Group's own equipment and technical crews. Works are carried out under on-site engineering supervision and in line with the Group's certified occupational health and safety systems (ISO 45001).
Cement Products Factory
Aswar Aseer Group established its cement and concrete products factory on an area of more than 60,000 m² in Khamis Mushait to meet the growing needs of the Saudi market and supply all types of blocks and concrete products in one place.
