The factory relies on the latest German machinery and operates at a production capacity of more than 40,000 blocks per day, which can be increased, with a dedicated machine maintenance department and modern vehicles for transporting and delivering products to client sites.
Factory Products
- Cement blocks (3 cores) in sizes 40×20×10, 40×20×15 and 40×20×20 cm.
- Insulated blocks in sizes 40×20×20 and 40×30×20 cm.
- Standard and insulated red (hourdi) blocks in all sizes.
- Cement curbstones and 40×40 cm colored cement tiles.
- Various concrete products, reinforcing steel and bagged cement.
Products undergo continuous testing in the factory's own quality lab and in accredited laboratories, with a specialized team providing daily supervision and rejecting any non-conforming product.
